How do you dispel misconceptions?
SITUATION:
Fendt tractors have many advanced features that tended to initially intimidate dealers and farmers. Competitive dealers fanned this reaction by spreading misconceptions.
OBJECTIVE:
Educate dealers and potential owners that Fendt tractors are not overly complex to operate and offer many productivity benefits not found in any other tractors.
STRATEGY:
Acknowledge the misconceptions and dispel them with the words of actual dealers and Fendt owners across North America.
RESULTS:
This video was shown and distributed at farm shows and dealerships across North America resulting in the recruitment of many new dealers and in Fendt tractors becoming widely accepted as a credible choice.
